Every finding in a report comes from an official or open data source, named alongside it. These are the sources we use, what we use them for, and the licence each one is published under.

  • Missing data is never treated as good news: a check we couldn't run is listed as a gap.
  • Some data describes the surrounding area, not the house itself, and the report says so where it does.
  • We don't score properties or tell you whether to buy.
